SHIPPING:


  • Orders are fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt.
  • Shipping Cost is based upon the shipping options, the total size weight of your item(s) and your delivery address.
  • Shipping Time is determined by Shipping Method and Delivery Addresses.
  • All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
  • All orders shipped F.O.B. from Jonestown, PA. or Mira Loma, CA.
  • Any additional carrier charges added after shipping will be passed along to the customer (i.e., residential delivery fees, signature required fees and extended delivery charges).
  • If your order does not qualify for prepaid freight, freight and insurance costs are calculated and added to invoice total.
  • All freight charges are subject to carrier's billable weight.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
  • Refused shipments may incur up to a 20% restock fee, plus shipping cost.
  • For information regarding international shipments, please contact your sales rep.
  • UPS and FedEx charge Ray's Deal additional fees for each package that is requested to be intercepted, returned, or rerouted. These fees will be passed on to the customer only if the customer has requested the interception, return, or rerouting of the package(s).
  • Hazardous material items cannot be shipped any method other than ground. Hazardous material items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regardless of ship via description.






RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Please write RM number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.

  • Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
  • Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
  • Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing part, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packing.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA# displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
  • Credit will be issued within 7 to 14 business days from the date of receipt to us. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms.
  • RM numbers are valid for 30 Days. This RM number will automatically delete from our system after the 30 days.
  • Shipping charge is NOT refundable and the return shipping fee is buyer's responsibility.
  • Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.

DO NOT send EXTRA products or products NOT-AUTHORIZED.






DAMAGES / CLAIMS:


  • Damaged and missing item shipments must be reported to Ray's Deal Customer Service within five days from receipt of shipment. Ray's Deal will initiate all freight claims with the carrier.
  • Due to the fragile nature of the product, TVs and Displays larger than 30" must be carefully inspected for any damage to the package. Any compromise to the package must be noted on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in the freight damage claim being denied.
